Ongoing feedings of the stray dogs from Kremikovtsi every Tuesday and Thursday

The Every Dog Matters Foundation has been feeding and supplying the food for over 100 stray dogs in Kremikovtsi, an old industrial enterprise, and the nearby village Botunets. The strays have been living on the terrritory of the abandoned combinate ever since it closed in 2009, and EDM has been making sure the dogs living there are fed and taken care of since November 2016.

Before and after story of the two limping strays

These two dogs had an urgent need to have operations done on their legs, in order to increase their wellbeing and increase their chances of adoption. The small old dog has had a deformed back leg for years, however this would have caused more and more discomfort for her as time went on, so EDM took her to a clinic to amputate her leg, and made sure she was ready for her potential new home in Germany. The bigger dog, though only one or two years old, was limping worryingly and had an ill-functioning front leg, which will hopefully recover speedily after the operation, so he can find a loving home and be healthy and happy.

Doing a photoshoot for doggies at a foster home (to improve their chances of adoption)

EDM arranged a fun photoshoot for the doggies at a foster home with over 80 dogs in order to increase their chances of adoption. We hired a photographer, bought them cute scarves and tried our best to get them to stay still, and the results turned out to be amazing! They all look very handsome.
