CHARACTER: Maxi & Blacka are a brother and sister who love human attention and food. They enjoy long walks, pets and company. Though not young, they do have energy. They have a very strong connection between themselves as they have spent their whole life together. 

HISTORY: Maxi and Blacka came to our shelter from an abusive owner. They’ve lived their whole life in an apartment where they have been starved and beaten daily. Walks outdoor were very rare.
MEDICAL: Due to the stress Maxi has developed initial stage of heart failure and takes medications daily. Both Maxi and Blacka have been dewormed, fully vaccinated and castrated. All our dogs are chipped and passport provided upon adoption.
