NAME: Rita
SEX: Female
AGE: 3 years + 4 months
WEIGHT: 19 kg
CHARACTER: Rita loves people and has plenty of energy. She may be dominant with other female dogs so she should co-exist with a male dog or be in a single-animal home. Rita currently shares a yard with  Chuck and Archie (reserved for rehoming).
HISTORY: Rita’s elderly owner died and nobody in his family wanted to take care of her. She was nervous and restless at our sanctuary at first but has now blossomed into a very friendly, sociable girl. In her yard, she plays with Archie often.
MEDICAL: Rita had heartworm when she came to us but has fully recovered from that condition now. She has also been dewormed, fully vaccinated and castrated. All our dogs are chipped and passport provided upon adoption.
