Looking For A Unique Teambuilding Option Around Sofia?

Bulgaria’s largest no-cage, open-yard animal sanctuary (by area = 25,000 m2) is now open for company teambuilding events.

Just 20 km from Sofia in Kostinbrod (location map here) with excellent road links and a nearby train station, your company’s team can enjoy a constructive day helping out 110 shelter dogs (and some cats) who are very affectionate.

What Happens During The Teambuilding?

The program for the day usually follows this approximate format (times and structure may vary):

10.30 am: Introduction by co-founder Terry Kyle or Site Manager, Katya
10-45-11.45: Tour of the facility and meeting all the animals (dogs and cats)
11.45: Group walks with dogs in surrounding farmland
1 pm: Lunch
2-4pm: We split into 3 supervised groups: [1] socialising dogs/puppies in their yards (sitting with them & patting them) [2] walking more dogs or [3] construction/cleaning work
4 pm: Conclusion & sad farewells to the animals

What About Catering?

We highly recommend Events Factory BG who have catered for teambuilding at our Kostinbrod site previously.

Please note that catering will be an additional expense for your company as we do not provide catering facilities – sorry!

How Much Does It Cost?

Running Bulgaria’s largest no-cage, open-yard animal sanctuary is very costly and teambuilding events help us cover some expensive medical bills for our beloved dogs and cats.

For the 4-5 hour teambuilding experience at our Kostinbrod site, we charge 500 leva if the teambuilding group is less than 10 people.

For more than 10 people, our charge is 1,000 leva.

Catering is a separate expense that your company will need to cover. As discussed above, we highly recommend Events Factory BG who have catered for teambuilding at our Kostinbrod site previously (talk to Dimitar on +359 898 490 735).

Who Do I Contact To Discuss It Further?
