CHARACTER: Oscar loves people and human attention but can be dominant with other male dogs, good with female dogs.
HISTORY: Saved by a rescuer who saw him being dumped from a car on one of the busiest roads in the city, Oscar came to us as a small puppy.
MEDICAL: Oscar has been dewormed, fully vaccinated and castrated. All our dogs are chipped and passport provided upon adoption.
